Returns & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for return.

Time Frame

  • UK Returns 

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

  • International Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties & taxes

How to initiate a return

  • Email us at info@rhimode.com to request a return.
  • Returned items must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to not reimburse an item if these above requirements are not respected. 

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@rhimode.com.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order only if your order has not been fulfilled yet. If your item has been fulfilled you cannot cancel your order. You would have to wait until you receive your order and request a return.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
